Hello World,

I’m Justin Curtis - a devoted dad, loving husband, and a big fan of all things tech.

My tech journey started in March 2020. I’d just been laid off during the pandemic, came across some free Codecademy courses, and thought, “Why not learn HTML and CSS?” That little spark turned into a full-on passion.

I went back to school to take courses in computers, programming, hardware, software, and databases. It gave me a solid foundation and the confidence to tackle real-world tech problems — and I graduated with honors from Hillsborough Community College.

My first role in tech was with the HOST Programs as a Technology Support Assistant. I learned my way around hardware and software troubleshooting, worked with new applications, and helped staff use their tools more effectively. I loved solving problems and showing people easier ways to get things done.

Later, in TechOps Support, I focused on making tech simpler for everyone — creating resources, streamlining workflows, and bridging the gap between people and their systems.

I also served as a Technology Support School Representative (TSSR), providing direct on-site support at the school level. This meant troubleshooting day-to-day issues, setting up devices, and making sure staff had the tools they needed to teach and work effectively.

Now, I’m taking everything I’ve learned from those roles and starting my own tech support business— to help everyday people and small teams use technology without the stress. Stay tuned for what’s next.

Technology, for me, is more than fixing what’s broken — it’s about helping people and making their everyday tools work better. I’m always learning, and I enjoy sharing what I know so others can get more out of their tech.
